Can taxes be paid through Internet Banking in Vietnam?

Article 56 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpLaw on Tax Administration 2019stipulates bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp locations and forms of tax payment as follows:

Locations and forms of tax payment

1. Taxpayers shall pay taxes to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following provisions:

a) At bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Treasury;

b) At bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agencies where tax declarations are submitted;

c) Through organizations authorized by tax administration agencies to collect taxes;

d) Through commercial banks, other credit institutions, and service organizations as regulated by law.

Additionally, Clause 1, Article 5 ofCircular 328/2016/TT-BTC, amended by Point a, Clause 5, Article 1 ofCircular 72/2021/TT-BTC, specifies forms of state budget collection as follows:

Forms of state budget collection

1. Collection by bank transfer:

a) Collection by bank transfer from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer at commercial banks; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp commercial bank debits bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer’s account to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Treasury for budget collection.

b) Collection by bank transfer from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Treasury; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Treasury debits bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer’s account for budget collection.

c) Collection by electronic methods, including:

- Via bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic tax payment service on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic portal of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agency (Tax or Customs agency);

- Via bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic payment services of commercial banks such as ATM,Internet Banking, Mobile banking, POS, or other electronic payment forms of commercial banks;

- Via intermediary payment service providers licensed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam;

- Via bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Public Service Portal and ministerial or provincial public service portals.

Thus, taxpayers can pay taxes via electronic payment services provided by banks such as ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, POS, or other bank forms.

What are procedures for paying taxes through Internet Banking in Vietnam?

Based on Point b, Clause 4, Article 4 ofDecree 11/2020/ND-CP, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp procedure for paying taxes via electronic payment services of banks or intermediary payment service providers, including Internet Banking, is as follows:

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer uses bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account name and login password provided by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider to access bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp corresponding electronic payment application system of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider (such as ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or other electronic payment methods).

- Then, prepare bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payment documents according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp instructions on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic payment application system of each bank or intermediary payment service provider.

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider checks bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account information on state budget payment documents and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp conditions for debiting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer.

+ If bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp check is appropriate, carry out bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp procedure for transferring bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp full amount, promptly into bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp account of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Treasury according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp information recorded on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payment document (transfer deadline as regulated by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on Tax Administration);

Simultaneously, send bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payment document with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp digital signature of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer and inform bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp successful budget deduction to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agency and related units (if any).

+ If bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp check is not appropriate, send a feedback notice with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp digital signature of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider regarding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unsuccessful state budget payment to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payer via bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp corresponding electronic payment application system so that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer can repeat bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp steps sequentially as mentioned above.

How long is bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp processing time to confirm state budget payment completion in Vietnam?

According to Clauses 6 and 9, Article 4 ofDecree 11/2020/ND-CP:

bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp processing time for state budget payment by electronic methods:

- No later than 5 minutes from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp time bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic portal of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax administration agency or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Public Service Portal or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp electronic payment application system of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider receives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp valid state budget payment document of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer; additionally, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp taxpayer's account has sufficient balance to deduct bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp budget amount stated on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payment document.

After processing, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer will receive bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Budget Payment Document (with bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp digital signature of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp bank or intermediary payment service provider) sent to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp payer confirming bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state budget payment completion.
