Based on Clause 1 and Clause 2, Article 39 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Tax Administration 2019, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases of TIN deactivation are stipulated as follows:
deactivation of TIN
- Taxpayers registered alongside business registration, cooperative registration, or business operation registration shall deactivate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay validity of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN in one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a) Business operation cessation or dissolution, bankruptcy;
b) Business registration certificate, cooperative registration certificate, or business operation registration certificate is revoked;
c) Being divided, merged, or consolidated.
- Taxpayers directly registered with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall deactivate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay validity of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN in one of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
a) Business operation cessation, no longer incurring tax obligations for non-business organizations;
b) Business registration certificate or equivalent license is revoked;
c) Being divided, merged, or consolidated;
d) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority issues a notice that lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is not operating at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered address;
e) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual is deceased, missing, or lacks civil act capacity as per legal regulations;
f) Foreign contractor upon lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conclusion of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract;
g) Contractors, investors participating in a petroleum contract upon lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conclusion of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entire transfer of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay rights in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay petroleum contract.
