Within 03 (three) working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay complete application requesting xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's TIN as per regulation, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall:
- Issue Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN using Form No. 19/TB-DKT, Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit using Form No. 37/TB-DKT (if any) as prescribed inCircular 86/2024/TT-BTCand send it to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer, and dependent unit (if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivated TIN is for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit).

+ In case xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has been updated to status 06 by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office must perform an actual verification at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's registered office address as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations mentioned in item (2) before reactivating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN.
(2)Handling xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN reactivation application of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions at Point b, Clause 1, Article 18 ofCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC:
(2.1)Within 10 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receipt of a complete application requesting xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's TIN according to provisions, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority makes a list of missing tax declaration applications, invoice usage status, outstanding and payable tax sums and other collections to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget and imposes penalties for tax law violations, invoice violations up to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time when xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer submits xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application requesting TIN reactivation as provided.
+ Furthermore, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall conduct actual verification at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's registered business address and draw up a Verification Record on operational status at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's registered business address with Form No. 15/BB-XMHD attached toCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC, based on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's request for TIN reactivation (xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer must sign to acknowledge xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay record).
+ In case xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has dependent units, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office managing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit must inform xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office managing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dependent units to require xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dependent unit to fulfill its tax obligations before reactivating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN. If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dependent unit is unable to fulfill its tax obligations, then xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit must fulfill xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax obligations of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay dependent unit before reactivating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN.
(2.2)If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has changed xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered office address but has not registered xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay change of information with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office or business registration agency, and if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer submits a complete, conformable information change application, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority conducts actual verification at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's current operating address as follows:
- If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's current operating address is located within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay jurisdiction of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managing tax office: xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority acts similarly as in item (2.1).
- If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's current operating address is not within xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay jurisdiction of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay managing tax office: xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority where xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer moved from sends a request to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority where xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer moved to cooperate with local authorities to verify, and draw up a record and send xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority where they moved from.
- In cases where enterprises, cooperatives, and joint ventures under taxpayer registration mechanisms linked with business registration changed addresses without updating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business registration agency, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority will assess xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay risk to decide whether to verify at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay new address or notify that xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN will not be reactivated as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations at item (4).
(2.3)Within 03 (three) working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer fully complies with administrative violations regarding taxes and invoices, pays all xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay due tax amounts and other payable sums to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget (including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax obligations of dependent units (if any), except in cases exempted as per Clause 4, Article 6 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP), xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office shall:
- Issue a Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer using Form No. 19/TB-DKT, Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit using Form No. 37/TB-DKT (if any) as prescribed inCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC, and send it to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer, and dependent unit (if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivated TIN is for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit).
- Update xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN status for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer registration application system on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same working day or no later than xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay beginning of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay next working day from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of issuance of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN. In cases where enterprises, cooperatives, and joint ventures, and dependent units of enterprises and cooperatives have their TINs reactivated as per this point, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority updates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN status to correspond with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal status on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay national business registration information system after finishing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay "Not operating at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered address" legal status.
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office publicly announces xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN reactivation notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation's electronic portal per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions in Article 22 ofCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC. State management agencies in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay area (including: Customs authorities, business registration agencies (except cases having conducted linked business registration and taxpayer registration), xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Procuracy, police, market management, establishment and operation license granting agencies) and other organizations, individuals have xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay responsibility to access xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay published information and TIN status of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer made public by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office to perform state management tasks and other duties.
(3)Handling xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN reactivation application of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer as prescribed at Points c, d, Clause 1, Article 18 ofCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC
- Within 10 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay complete application requesting xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's TIN as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority compiles a list of outstanding tax declaration applications, invoice usage status, outstanding and payable tax sums, and other collections due to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget and imposes penalties for tax law and invoice law violations up to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer submits xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application requesting TIN reactivation as provided.
- Within 03 working days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer fully complies with administrative violations in tax and invoices, pays fully xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax sums and other collections due to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget (except for certain cases exempted from completing tax debts and other budget collections as per Clause 4, Article 6 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP), xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office shall:
+ Issue a Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer using Form No. 19/TB-DKT, Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit using Form No. 37/TB-DKT (if any) as prescribed inCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC, and send it to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer, and dependent unit (if xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivated TIN is for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay controlling unit).

If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's TIN has been updated to status 06 by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office, it must verify xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual status at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer's registered address, similar to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations at point b in this clause, before reactivating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN.
(4)xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority issues a Notification on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay non-reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN using Form No. 38/TB-DKT issued together withCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC, sending it to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:
(4.1)xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer submits an incomplete application requesting xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN or does not fall under xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay category eligible for TIN reactivation according to Clause 1, Article 18 ofCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC.
(4.2)xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer does not fulfill tax obligations with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office within 30 days from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay notification date of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay outstanding tax declaration applications, invoice usage status, outstanding and payable tax amounts and other collections due to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget that must be fulfilled or remaining, and imposes penalties as outlined in items (2), (3) without justified reasons according to Clause 4, Article 6 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP.
(4.3)xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer falls under xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case requiring verification of operational status at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered office address before reactivating xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN as per xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions at items (1), (2), and (3), but xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay verification results indicate that xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer does not operate at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered or changed registered address with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority; or enterprises, cooperatives, joint ventures changed their office addresses but xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office assessed xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay risk and decided not to reactivate at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay new address.
Case 02:Handling xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for taxpayers who are enterprises, cooperatives, joint ventures eligible for reactivation of legal status under xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on business registration, cooperative registration, and joint venture registration:
- When xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority receives information about xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reactivation of legal status for enterprises, cooperatives, joint ventures, and dependent units of enterprises and cooperatives from xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business registrar sent via xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Business Registration Information System, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office shall reactivate xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay information is received on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer registration application system.
- If xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is already notified by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office of not operating at xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered address, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office updates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reason for status 06. Upon receipt of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay TIN reactivation application submitted by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax office according to Point b, Clause 1, Article 18 ofCircular 86/2024/TT-BTC, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall handle pursuant to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provision mentioned in item (2).
