Based on Article 45 ofCircular 19/2021/TT-BTC, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay relationship between T-VAN service provider organizations and taxpayers is defined as follows:

- T-VAN service provider organizations must publicly announce their mode of operation, and service quality on their service introduction website.

- Provide services for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transmission and completion of electronic document forms to facilitate information exchange between taxpayers and tax authorities.

- Perform xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sending and receiving of electronic documents on time and in full as agreed with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties involved in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction.

- Store xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of each transmission and receipt; retain electronic documents during xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transaction period until completion.

- Ensure connection, confidentiality, integrity of information, and provide other conveniences for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parties involved in exchanging electronic documents.

- Notify taxpayers and tax authorities at least 30 days prior to suspending xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay system for maintenance, along with measures to ensure taxpayers' rights.

(2). For xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Taxpayer

- Strictly comply with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contractual terms with xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay T-VAN service provider organization.

- Facilitate xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay T-VAN service provider organization in implementing safety and security system measures.

- Be legally responsible for their electronic tax dossiers.
