1. During vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period of resolving a taxpayer’s complaints and lawsuits regarding vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount, late payment interest, or fines calculated or determined by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is still required to pay vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay full tax amount, late payment interest, or fines, except in cases where competent state authorities decide to temporarily suspend vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax calculation decision or tax determination decision of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority.
2. In cases where vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount, late payment interest, or fines already paid exceed vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount, late payment interest, or fines determined according to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority’s complaint resolution decision or vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay court's judgment or decision, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is entitled to a refund of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay excess amount of tax, late payment interest, or fines.

- Failure to implement taxpayer registration as stipulated in Article 33 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay2019 Tax Administration Law.
- Failure to declare taxes or incomplete, dishonest, and inaccurate tax declarations as stipulated in Article 42 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay2019 Tax Administration Law.
