This regulation is detailed in Clause 1, Article 13 ofCircular 40/2021/TT-BTCas follows:

Publicizing information about fixed tax payers involves xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority organizing xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay publication and receiving feedback about xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revenue and fixed tax rate applicable to fixed tax payers as regulated.

a.3) Based on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax declaration dossier of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lump-sum household and xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority's database to solicit public opinions, consult xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Advisory Council's opinion, and serve as a basis for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Tax Department to direct and review xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay compilation of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax register at each Tax Sub-department.

Referring to Clause 1, Article 51 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Tax Administration 2019stipulating that xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority determines xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay amount of tax to be paid by xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay method of imposing tax (hereinafter referred to as xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fixed tax rate) in cases where xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business household does not implement or fully implement accounting policies, invoices, documents, except in cases specified in Clause 5, Article 51 of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Tax Administration 2019.
