On November 28, 2024, the National Assembly officially passed the Law No. 53/2024/QH15 on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat.

The Law on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat 2024 consists of 8 chapters xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái 63 articles (an increase of 5 articles compared to the current Law) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái will take effect from July 1, 2025.

The Law on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat 2024 introduces several new provisions such as:

- Expanding the scope of protection to include: victims, individuals in the process of being identified as victims, individuals under 18 years of age accompanied by a victim, close relatives of victims, individuals in the process of being identified as victims, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals participating in the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat or supporting victims (Article 34);

- Broadening support policies for victims, individuals in the process of being identified as victims, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals under 18 years of age accompanied by a victim, such as: legal assistance, vocational training support, employment counseling, initial hardship allowance, loan support, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái health insurance coverage support in the first year if the victim does not have health insurance (Article 37);

Stricter prohibitions are stipulated, including the prohibition of "negotiating the sale of a person while still in the womb" xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái various other acts to prevent xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái effectively address human trafficking-related behaviors early xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái from a distance (Clause 2, Article 3)...

What is the information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education about the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat 2024, there are regulations on information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education about the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat.

(1) Information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education about the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat aim to raise awareness xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái responsibility among agencies, organizations, enterprises, communities, families, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals in preventing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combating human trafficking, enhancing vigilance, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái actively participating against human trafficking.

(2) The content of information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education includes:

- Policies xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái laws on the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái related legal statutes;

- The purpose, tactics, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái acts of human trafficking xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái other prohibited acts as prescribed by this Law;

- Skills for dealing with suspected human trafficking situations;

- Measures xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái experiences in preventing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combating human trafficking;

- The responsibility of agencies, organizations, enterprises, families, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals in preventing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combating human trafficking;

- Preventing offenses, stigmatization, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái discrimination against victims xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals in the process of being identified as victims;

- Protective measures xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái support policies for victims xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals in the process of being identified as victims; outcomes of handling human trafficking cases in accordance with the law;

- Other matters related to the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat.

(3) Information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education are conducted through the following methods:

- Direct meetings xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái discussions;

- Providing materials;

- Through mass media xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái grassroots information activities;

- Through extracurricular activities at educational institutions xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái vocational training centers;

- Through literary, artistic activities, community activities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái other cultural forms;

- Using telecommunications networks, the Internet, computer networks;

- Through conferences, seminars, training sessions, specialized talks; direct dissemination xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education of the law;

- Through organizing contests xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái communication campaigns;

- Other appropriate forms.

(4) Building a grassroots network of propagandists, actively engaging political xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái social organizations, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái encouraging the participation of victims in the information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education regarding the human trafficking prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái combat.

(5) Information, communication, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái education efforts need to be enhanced for women, youth, children, students, people with disabilities, workers in industrial zones, individuals working at casino businesses, karaoke, dance halls, massage services, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái people residing in border areas, islands, ethnic minority regions, regions with socio-economic difficulties, regions with many citizens marrying foreigners, working abroad, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái localities with complex human trafficking situations.

How is travel expenses for victims provided in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 42 of the Law on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat 2024, travel expenses for victims is stipulated as follows:

Victims, individuals in the process of being identified as victims, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals under 18 years of age accompanied by a victim wishing to return to their residence are entitled to support for domestic travel expenses xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái meal costs during their journey.

Thus, victims, individuals in the process of being identified as victims, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái individuals under 18 years of age accompanied by a victim wishing to return to their residence are entitled to support for domestic travel expenses xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái meal costs during their journey.

How is Loan Support for Victims provided?

Pursuant to Article 45 of the Law on Human Trafficking Prevention xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Combat 2024, loan support for victims is stipulated as follows:

Initial Hardship Allowance, Loan Support

Victims returning to their place of residence are provided a one-time initial hardship allowance.

Victims returning to their place of residence who need to borrow capital for production xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái business are considered for loans from the Social Policy Bank with preferential credit policies under the provisions of the law.
