Specifically, according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp orientation plan to downsize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organizational structure of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, there is a recommendation to terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities of some ministries, agencies, and organizations in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp process of downsizing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government's structure. Specifically:
(1) Terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, establish bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp central government, comprising party organizations in ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, agencies under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, and some party organizations within state-owned corporations, general companies, and commercial banks (bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Army and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Public Security remain as they are); a specialized agency for advising and assisting will be established at bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government Office. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam includes: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp executive committee, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp secretary, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp deputy secretary of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee includes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Prime Minister of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam as Secretary, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Deputy Prime Ministers of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, some members of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, and may appoint one dedicated Deputy Secretary; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Politburo assigns personnel for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp executive committee and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee; stipulates that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee performs functions and tasks similar to those of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp current Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam.
(2) Terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp work of party committees, establish Communist Party committees in ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, and agencies under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam, including: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp executive committee, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp secretary, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp deputy secretary of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee includes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister as Secretary, Deputy Ministers, Director of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Personnel Department, and one dedicated Deputy Secretary; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp competent authority assigns personnel for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee, stipulating that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp standing committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp party committee performs functions and tasks similar to those of current party committees in ministries, agencies equivalent to ministries, and agencies under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam.
(3) Terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Capital Management Committee at enterprises, transferring functions and tasks to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance, specialized ministries, and relevant agencies.
Implementing this plan involves transferring functions and tasks of exercising ownership representation rights over 19 corporations, general companies currently managed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Capital Management Committee at enterprises, to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance and Developmental Investment or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Economic Development; tasks of state management in industries and fields related to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation scope of corporations, general companies will be managed by relevant ministries to ensure bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp separation of state management functions from ownership representation functions.
For some major corporations (such as Vietnam Oil and Gas Group - PVN, Vietnam Electricity Group - EVN, Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group...), there will be consideration to establish key Communist Party organizations directly under bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Communist Party Committee of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam.
(4) Terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp National Financial Supervisory Commission, transferring tasks to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam, and related agencies.
Implementing this plan involves transferring bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tasks of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Commission to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance and Developmental Investment or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Economic Development, and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam. To perform bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp task of coordinating general supervision of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp financial market (including securities, insurance, banking), while specialized laws assign responsibility to ministries and central authorities for industry-specific supervision (bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance supervises bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp securities and insurance markets; bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam supervises banking activities), it is necessary to establish an inter-agency coordination organization headed by Government leaders to direct bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp overall supervision coordination activities for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp financial market.
(5) Terminate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of People's Television, National Assembly Television, News Agency Television, VOV Television, and VTC Television, transferring relevant functions and tasks to Vietnam Television and formulating a restructuring Scheme for Vietnam Television to ensure bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp effective performance of national television duties with appropriate specialty channels.
