(2) Amendments to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations on prices for homestead land, commercial land, and non-agricultural production land not used for commercial purposes in rural areas (including urban border areas, areas along main transportation routes, and rural communes) as follows:

Which entities are non-agricultural land use taxpayers in Vietnam?

Based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provisions of Article 4 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Law on Non-agricultural Land Use Tax 2010, taxpayers of non-agricultural land use tax include xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following specific cases:

- Taxpayers are organizations, households, and individuals who have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 right to use land subject to non-agricultural land use tax as mentioned above.

- In cases where organizations, households, or individuals have not been granted a Land Use Right Certificate, Certificate of House Ownership, and other asset rights attached to land (hereinafter referred to as "Certificates"), xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person currently using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land is liable for tax payment.

- Taxpayers in certain specific cases are determined as follows:

+ In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 State leases out land for project implementation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person leasing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 homestead land is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer;

+ In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person with land use rights leases out xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land under a contract, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer is determined according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agreement in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 contract. If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 contract does not specify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person with land use rights is liable for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax;

+ If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land has been granted a Certificate but is currently under dispute, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person currently using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 land is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer until xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 dispute is resolved. Tax payment is not a basis for resolving land use rights disputes;

+ If multiple people jointly have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 right to use a parcel, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 lawful representative of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 co-owners of that parcel;

+ In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 event that a person contributes capital for business using land use rights and a new legal entity that has xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 right to use land becomes subject to tax as mentioned above, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 new legal entity becomes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer.

When is xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 deadline for paying non-agricultural land use tax in Vietnam?

According to Clause 1, Article 18 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 deadline for non-agricultural land use tax payment is specifically regulated as follows:

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 first tax payment deadline: No later than 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of issuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 non-agricultural land use tax payment notice by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax agency.

From xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 second year onwards, taxpayers must pay xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 annual non-agricultural land use tax in full no later than October 31.

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 deadline for paying tax differences as determined by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 consolidated declaration is no later than March 31 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following calendar year after xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax year.
