Shall individuals be entitled to tax refund if their taxed incomes do not reach a tax-liable level in Vietnam?

Based on Article 8 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Personal Income Tax 2007, which regulates tax management and refunds, it states:

Tax Management and Refund:

1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay procedures for taxpayer registration, declaration, tax deduction, tax payment, tax finalization, tax refund, handling of tax-related violations, and other tax management measures are executed according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law on tax management.

2. An individual is entitled to a tax refund in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount already paid is larger than lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount;

b) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individual has paid tax but has taxable income below lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax-liable level;

c) Other cases as decided by competent state authorities.

Hence, an individual can get a personal income tax refund under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following scenarios:

- lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax amount already paid is larger than lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay payable tax amount;

{3} For applications subject to verification before refund, no later than 40 days from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority notifies in writing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay acceptance of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time for resolving lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax refund application, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority must issue a decision to refund lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer or not refund lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax if lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application does not meet lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay refund conditions.
