Deadlines for submission of tax declaration dossiers

1. Deadlines for submission of tax declaration dossiers of taxes declared monthly and quarterly:

a) For taxes declared monthly: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 20thof trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay month succeeding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay month in which tax is incurred;

b) For taxes declared quarterly: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay last day of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first month of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay succeeding quarter.

2. For taxes declared annually:

a) For annual tax statement dossiers: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay last day of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 3rdmonth from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay calendar year or fiscal year. For annual tax declaration dossiers: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay last day of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay first month from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay calendar year or fiscal year

b) For annual personal income tax statements prepared by income earners: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay last day of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 4thmonth from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay end of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay calendar year;

c) For presumptive tax declarations prepared by household businesses and individual businesses: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 15thof December of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay preceding year. For new household businesses and individual businesses: within 10 days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of commencement of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay business.

3. For declaration of taxes that are declared and paid upon incurrence: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 10thday from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay day on which tax is incurred.

4. For tax declaration dossiers upon shutdown, contract termination, business conversion or business re-arrangement: trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay 45thday from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay occurrence of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay event.

Which taxes are declared quarterly in Vietnam?

According to clause 2, Article 8 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following taxes and other amounts shall be declared quarterly::

- Corporate income tax incurred by foreign airliners and foreign reinsurers.

- VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax declared on behalf of pledgors by credit institutions and third parties authorized by credit institutions to manage trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay collateral pending settlement.

- Personal income tax deducted by income payers that are eligible to declare VAT quarterly and also decide to declare personal income tax quarterly; individuals earning salaries or remunerations (hereinafter referred to as “salary earners”) who decide to declare personal income tax quarterly with tax authorities.

- Taxes and other amounts payable to state budget declared and paid on behalf of individuals by other organizations or individuals that are eligible to declare VAT quarterly and decide to declare tax on behalf of these individuals quarterly, except for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay case specified in Point g Clause 4 ofArticle 8 ofDecree 126/2020/ND-CP.

- Surcharges when crude oil price increases (except petroleum activities of Vietsovpetro JV in block 09.1).

Under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of Article 46 of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayTax Administration Law 2019, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline extension are as follows:

Deadline extension

1. In case a taxpayer is unable to submit trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tax declaration dossier by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay supervisory tax authority will consider extending trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline for submission.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline shall be extended for up to 30 more days for monthly, quarterly, annual declarations and declaration upon tax incurrence; 60 more days for terminal tax declaration.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay taxpayer shall send a written request for deadline extension to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tax authority before trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline, provide explanation and confirmation by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay People’s Committee or police authority of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay commune in which trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay event mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article occurred.

4. Within 03 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay day on which trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay taxpayer’s request is received, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tax authority shall inform trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay taxpayer in writing of whether such request is granted.

Thus, in case a taxpayer is unable to submit trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tax declaration dossier by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay supervisory tax authority will consider extending trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline for submission.
