However, in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay context of a legal system with many entanglements that do not ensure consistency with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principles in this Law, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law has set out transitional provisions as follows:
- For specialized laws that are not in accordance with vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principles of authority allocation, decentralization, and delegation as stipulated in this Law, within 2 years from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effective date of this Law, they must be reviewed and amended, supplemented to fit accordingly;
- To promptly promote decentralization and delegation to local governments in some priority and urgent areas, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Government is tasked with issuing legal normative documents within its competence to redefine vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tasks and powers of local government and adjust related provisions concerning vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay execution of tasks and powers of local governments to ensure consistent application during vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period before vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revision, supplementation of laws, ordinances, resolutions of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly, and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Standing Committee of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly, and periodically report to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Standing Committee of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly; in case it particularly relates to laws, resolutions of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly, a report to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Assembly at vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay nearest session is required.
