Supervision Principles

2. Comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law, ensure accuracy, objectivity, transparency, democracy, and promptness.

Pursuant to Article 7 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Supervision Regulation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax inspectorate issued withDecision 1614/QD-TCT in 2020, in supervision, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervised person has xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following duties and powers:
[1] Provide promptly, fully, accurately, objectively information and documents related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervision content as prescribed in Article 8 of this Regulation. Specifically:
- For inspection activities: Prepare and submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax Inspection Plan according to Form No. 19/QTTTr (issued withQuyết định 2605/QĐ-TCT năm 2016);
For examination activities: Prepare and submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 approved inspection content.
- Record xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection log according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 management, utilization, and operation procedure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Inspection Log application;
- In cases of issuing documents to exercise rights in tax inspection activities, report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision and simultaneously send it to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Supervision Team, official assigned xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervision task of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax inspectorate;
- Other information and documents related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervision content as requested by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervisor.
[2] Explain and clarify issues related to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervision content as requested by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervisor.
[3] Timely inform xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervisor of difficulties, obstacles in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax inspectorate to have handling measures within authority or make recommendations to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision for handling.
[4] Refuse to provide information, documents that are not within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 scope or content of supervision and clearly explain xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 reason for not providing in writing.

[6] When reporting tax inspection results, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 leader of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax inspectorate shall report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervisor, including specific data as follows:
- Detailed results of inspection according to each risk content analyzed before inspection at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s premises; including criteria (with high risk points) for developing inspection plans and criteria for risk analysis before issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax Inspection Decision at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s premises,
- Detailed results of inspection according to risk analysis content based on Vertical and Horizontal Analysis Tables, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and other data before issuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax Inspection Decision at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s premises,
- Information collected from sources: competent Authorities, Complaints, Media, Press,....(if any),
- Other content discovered during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s premises (if any).
[7] Send information exchange letters according to Form No. 06-TTKT issued with this Regulation to taxpayers (at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of announcing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Tax Inspection Decision) and report to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 supervisor regarding this content.
