Based on đá bóng trực tiếp provisions in Clause 1, Article 11 ofCircular 11/2022/TT-BCT, each trader shall submit one application for participation in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions, which includes:
(i) Price Bid (as per đá bóng trực tiếp Form in đá bóng trực tiếp Appendix issued withCircular 11/2022/TT-BCT).
Each trader may bid with a registered price either identical or different for one unit price and a maximum registered quantity not exceeding 20 (twenty) unit prices. Each unit price has a registered quantity of 1,000 (one thousand) tons.

(ii) Business registration certificate or enterprise registration certificate or investment certificate or equivalent documents: 01 copy, certified and stamped as a true copy by đá bóng trực tiếp trader.
(iii) Document confirming đá bóng trực tiếp payment of đá bóng trực tiếp deposit into đá bóng trực tiếp account of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Industry and Trade: 01 copy, certified and stamped as a true copy by đá bóng trực tiếp trader.

a) application for participation in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions.
b) Name of đá bóng trực tiếp trader.
c) Detailed contact information of đá bóng trực tiếp trader (address, phone number, fax number, email address).
- Place and time of receiving đá bóng trực tiếp dossier
a) After đá bóng trực tiếp announcement of đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Session, traders send đá bóng trực tiếp dossier as stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article either by post or directly to đá bóng trực tiếp permanent section of đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council (Import-Export Department - Ministry of Industry and Trade, address 23 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi).
b) đá bóng trực tiếp time for receiving đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is announced in đá bóng trực tiếp Notice inviting participation in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions.
c) đá bóng trực tiếp time of receiving đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is based on đá bóng trực tiếp received stamp of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Industry and Trade.

What are procedures for assessment of đá bóng trực tiếp application for participation in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions in Vietnam?
Based on đá bóng trực tiếp provisions in Article 12 ofCircular 11/2022/TT-BCTregarding đá bóng trực tiếp assessment of đá bóng trực tiếp application for participation in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions as follows:
đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council checks and evaluates đá bóng trực tiếp dossiers and notifies đá bóng trực tiếp traders of đá bóng trực tiếp assessment results: eligibility for participation, need for dossier supplementation, or non-eligibility for participation.
(1) đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council notifies traders eligible to participate in đá bóng trực tiếp allocation of sugar import tariff quotas via auctions at least 02 (two) working days before đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Session (can be notified via written document or email, fax).
(2) In case dossier supplementation is required, đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council notifies đá bóng trực tiếp trader to submit supplementary documents to đá bóng trực tiếp permanent section of đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council no later than 03 (three) working days before đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Session (can be notified via written document or email, fax).
(3) In case of non-eligibility to participate in đá bóng trực tiếp auction, đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Council notifies đá bóng trực tiếp trader no later than 03 (three) working days before đá bóng trực tiếp Auction Session (can be notified via written document or email, fax).
