Based on Article 43 ofDecree 103/2024/ND-CP, đá bóng trực tiếp regulation states:

Collection and Payment of Land Rent

1. Land rent is paid into đá bóng trực tiếp state budget in Vietnamese Dong (VND); for organizations, individuals from abroad, and overseas Vietnamese who pay land rent in foreign currency, it is converted to VND according to legal regulations at đá bóng trực tiếp time of payment.

2. đá bóng trực tiếp payment of land rent is regulated as follows:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp tax authority sends đá bóng trực tiếp notice of land rent payment to đá bóng trực tiếp lessee; simultaneously, it is sent to đá bóng trực tiếp Land Registration Office or an agency with land management functions and đá bóng trực tiếp equivalent level State Treasury (for monitoring and accounting as regulated).

b) đá bóng trực tiếp lessee implements đá bóng trực tiếp payment of land rent into đá bóng trực tiếp state budget according to đá bóng trực tiếp notification from đá bóng trực tiếp tax authority as per đá bóng trực tiếp legal regulations on tax management.

c) For cases where đá bóng trực tiếp land is leased with a one-time land rent payment for đá bóng trực tiếp entire lease period, after collecting đá bóng trực tiếp one-time land rent for đá bóng trực tiếp entire lease duration, đá bóng trực tiếp state budget collecting agency transfers đá bóng trực tiếp revenue information to đá bóng trực tiếp tax authority as per đá bóng trực tiếp legal regulations on tax management for đá bóng trực tiếp tax authority to transfer to đá bóng trực tiếp agency with land management functions as a basis for land allocation to đá bóng trực tiếp lessee according to regulations. Based on đá bóng trực tiếp guidance of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Finance in sub-section 13, Section 1 of Procedures for Administrative Procedures issued withDecision 1462/QD-BTC in 2022as follows:

Step 1:For land lease cases with dossiers determining financial obligations on land rent under đá bóng trực tiếp inter-agency one-stop mechanism, which also serves as a tax declaration dossier: đá bóng trực tiếp deadline for submitting đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is no later than 30 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date đá bóng trực tiếp competent state agency signs đá bóng trực tiếp decision on land lease. In cases where there is no decision but there is a land lease contract, đá bóng trực tiếp deadline for submitting đá bóng trực tiếp dossier is no later than 30 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of contract signing.

In cases where đá bóng trực tiếp inter-agency one-stop mechanism does not have provisions, submit đá bóng trực tiếp dossier to đá bóng trực tiếp tax authority where đá bóng trực tiếp land subject to tax is located.

For land lease cases without a lease decision or land lease contract: đá bóng trực tiếp deadline for submitting đá bóng trực tiếp land rent declaration dossier is no later than 30 days from đá bóng trực tiếp date of using đá bóng trực tiếp land for purposes that require renting land.

Step 2:Tax Authority Reception:
