Pursuant to Clause 6.3, Article 6 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayDecision 232-QD/TW trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 2025, the regulations on 5 cases trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay membership transfer trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Communist Party trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam are as follows:
(1) Official membership transfer trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Communist Party trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam
- A Communist CPV member who is authorized to transfer work to a new unit, retire, leave due to incapacity, resign, demobilize, or change permanent residence must complete official membership transfer trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Communist Party trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam procedures within 60 working days from the effective date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the decision or change trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay residence.
- When transferring official CPV membership beyond the county or provincial party committee (or equivalent), the committee where the member is transferring from is responsible for conducting the membership transfer procedures. For members from party committees or foundational organizations under the provincial committee (or equivalent), the provincial committee's organizational department handles the transfer procedures.
- Within 30 working days from the transfer introduction date, members must present the membership introduction letter at the party unit where they are transferring to participate in party activities. If this deadline is exceeded, the member or party organization must report specific reasons to the competent committee for review and handling according to regulations.
- During the official transfer trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay CPV membership, the committee where the member is active and working completes all documentation, seals the record, and hands it over to the member to directly report to the respective party organization for transfer introduction and membership reception as guided by the Central Organization Commission.

Exceptional cases are defined by the Secretariat.
- Members with temporary CPV membership have duties and rights as follows:

- In special locations abroad lacking 3 official members to form a committee, a provisional committee (including 3 members or more, both official and probationary) can be established, with the upper committee appointing the secretary.
