Based on sub-section 1.4, Section 1, Part 2 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Debt Enforcement Procedure issued withDecision 1795/QD-TCT in 2022by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái General Director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái General Department of Taxation, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái procedure for issuing a decision to enforce a bank account freeze proceeds as follows:
(1)Based on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái list of taxpayers subject to enforcement (form number 01-2/DS-TK issued withDecision 1795/QD-TCT in 2022), xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái official performs:
- Drafting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Enforcement Decision (form number 01/CC in Appendix 3 issued withDecree 126/2020/ND-CPand State Budget Collection Order), accompanied by xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái documents:
+ A presentation on xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application of enforcement measures, clearly indicating xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái process of urging xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer;
+ Notification of tax arrears (form number 01/TTN issued withCircular 80/2021/TT-BTC) at xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái nearest time or other administrative tax decisions;
+ Documents verifying information (if any);
+ Documents providing information from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer or related organizations, individuals (if any);
+ Evidence proving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer's dispersal of assets or absconding (if any);
+ Other relevant documents and materials (if any).
In cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer has accounts at multiple credit institutions or State Treasury entities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái official presents to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái draft Enforcement Decision to withdraw money from one or more accounts. If necessary to freeze other accounts of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái official concurrently drafts xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision requiring xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái credit institutions or State Treasury to freeze xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer's accounts (xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount frozen corresponds to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái amount enforced).
- Reporting to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái department/team to present to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority to sign and issue xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Enforcement Decision.
(2)After receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái draft Enforcement Decision, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái state budget collection order with full accompanying documents, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax authority signs and issues xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Enforcement Decision ensuring xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái correct timing as prescribed:
- After xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái 90th day from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái deadline for tax payment or from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái tax debt installment period;
- Immediately after xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái extension period for tax payment ends;
- Immediately after xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái taxpayer fails to comply with xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on administrative tax penalties within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái timeline indicated in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái penalty decision (except in cases of postponed or suspended execution of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision on administrative tax penalties);
