1. Cases of exemption and reduction of administrative penalties for tax, invoicing violations; lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority, procedures, and protocols for exemption and reduction of administrative penalties for tax and invoicing violations are carried out according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions in Article 77 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Handling Administrative Violations and Clause 38, Article 1 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Handling Administrative Violations, and Clauses 2, 3, 4, 5 of this Article.

Referring to Article 77 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Handling Administrative Violations 2012(amended by Clause 38, Article 1 ofLaw on Amending lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Handling Administrative Violations 2020) which regulates reduction and exemption of fines.

Thus,individuals are exempt from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay remaining portions of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay penalty recorded in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision due to inability to execute lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

[1]They have already received a partial reduction of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fine as regulated in Clause 1 of Article 77 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Handling Administrative Violations 2012and continue to encounter economic difficulties due to natural disasters, calamities, fires, epidemics, life-threatening diseases, accidents, with certification from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune where they reside or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization where they study or work;

[2]They have paid lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fine in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first or second installment in cases where it is allowed to pay in multiple installments as regulated in Article 79 of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayLaw on Handling Administrative Violations 2012but encounter severe or sudden economic difficulties due to natural disasters, calamities, fires, epidemics, life-threatening diseases, accidents, with certification from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People's Committee of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune where they reside or lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization where they study or work. In cases of sudden economic difficulties due to life-threatening diseases or accidents, certification from a healthcare facility at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay district level or higher is required.
