What responsibilities does the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam have in managing xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam?
Based on Clause 1, Article 64 ofDecree 101/2024/ND-CPwhich regulates the state management responsibilities over xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment as follows:
(1) The governing body of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam, responsible to the Government of Vietnam for performing state management functions over xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam for centralized management and decentralized, unified authority from central to local levels;
(2) Centralized, unified management of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database, assigning management authority to the provincial People's Committees to manage land databases within local scope;
(3) Lead, cooperate with relevant agencies in proposing and issuing legal documents, mechanisms, and policies on building, managing, exploiting, and using xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam;
(4) Organize the development of land databases constructed by central authorities; integrate local land databases into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database; manage land databases constructed by central authorities and land databases of 63 provinces and cities that have been integrated into the central authority; update basic survey results and related land data and information from ministries and central authorities, relevant agencies into xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database;
(5) Organize the construction, management, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure at central and software for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam to ensure centralized and unified management of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database by the year 2025 to put xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam into operation and exploitation;
(6) Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of information for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam, implementing organization, management, operation, professional, and technical measures to ensure data safety, network information safety; conducting safety information inspections, assessments, risk management, and appropriate measures to ensure information safety;
(7) Connect and share information from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database with the national public service portal, information systems, databases of ministries, central authorities, local authorities, and provide land information to organizations and individuals according to regulatory authority;
(8) Organize and implement online public services, electronic transactions in the field of land according to the law;
(9) Inspect and examine the construction, management, operation, exploitation, and use of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam;
(10) Compile reports, periodically disclose the basic information in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái database as prescribed;
(11) Develop, train, educate, and enhance the capacity and skills of officials and public employees, and workers to meet the requirements of constructing, managing, operating, exploiting, and using xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam;
(12) Provide guidance, and technical support to localities for using xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam to manage local land databases;
(13) The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for ensuring human resources, contracted organizations, experts as per the law to perform construction, management, operation, and exploitation activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Information System of Vietnam.
