According to point b, clause 2, Article 2 ofCircular 111/2013/TT-BTC(amended inCircular 92/2015/TT-BTC), provisions are made on allowances and subsidies not subject to personal income tax as follows:

Income from salaries, wages refers to income employees receive from employers, including:
