According to Article 87 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+Law on Foreign Trade Management 2017as follows:

Basis for initiating investigations to apply countervailing measures

1. Investigations to apply countervailing measures are conducted upon receiving a dossier requesting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application of countervailing measures from organizations or individuals representing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ domestic industry.

2. Organizations or individuals submitting a dossier requesting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application of countervailing measures are considered representatives of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ domestic industry when trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following conditions are met:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total volume or quantity of similar goods produced by domestic producers submitting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier and those supporting trực tiếp bóng đá k+ request for countervailing measures must exceed trực tiếp bóng đá k+ total volume or quantity of similar goods produced by domestic producers opposing trực tiếp bóng đá k+ request;
