3. Procedures and authority for granting duty reduction:

b) If a satisfactory application is submitted while following customs procedures, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Sub-department of Customs shall process vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application, carry out a physical inspection, inspect vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay eligibility for duty reduction and decide whether to grant duty reduction before customs procedures are completed as prescribed Article 23 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Customs;

c) If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for duty reduction is submitted after customs procedures are completed:

Within 30 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay satisfactory application, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Customs Department of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay province shall compile a dossier, verify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay information, inspect vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay accuracy and adequacy of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application and issue a duty reduction decision according to Form No. 12 in Appendix VII hereof or inform vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer of their ineligibility for duty reduction and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay duty payable. If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is not satisfactory, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay customs authority shall inform vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer within 03 working days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application is received.
