Safeguard Duty
- Conditions for applying safeguard duty:
a) đá bóng trực tiếp volume, quantity, or value of imported goods increases dramatically, either absolutely or relatively, compared to đá bóng trực tiếp volume, quantity, or value of similar goods or directly competitive goods produced domestically;
b) đá bóng trực tiếp increase in đá bóng trực tiếp volume, quantity, or value of imported goods as specified in point a of this clause causes or threatens to cause serious damage to đá bóng trực tiếp domestic production sector of similar or directly competitive goods or hinders đá bóng trực tiếp establishment of a domestic production sector.
- Principles for applying safeguard duty:
a) đá bóng trực tiếp safeguard duty is applied within đá bóng trực tiếp necessary scope and extent to prevent or limit serious damage to đá bóng trực tiếp domestic production sector and create conditions for đá bóng trực tiếp sector to enhance its competitiveness;
b) đá bóng trực tiếp application of safeguard duty must be based on đá bóng trực tiếp investigation's conclusion, except in cases of temporary safeguard duty application;
c) đá bóng trực tiếp safeguard duty is applied on a non-discriminatory basis and does not depend on đá bóng trực tiếp origin of goods.

Safeguard Duty
- Conditions for applying safeguard duty:

Application of Anti-Dumping Duty, Countervailing Duty, and Safeguard Duty
- đá bóng trực tiếp application, modification, or abolition of anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, and safeguard duty is carried out according to đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of this Law and đá bóng trực tiếp laws on anti-dumping, subsidies, and safeguards.
- Based on đá bóng trực tiếp tax rate, quantity, or value of goods subject to anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, and safeguard duty, đá bóng trực tiếp customs declarant is responsible for declaring and paying tax in accordance with đá bóng trực tiếp law on tax management.
3. đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Industry and Trade decides on đá bóng trực tiếp application of anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, and safeguard duty.
