3. Agencies, organizations, individuals are responsible for participating in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay administration as prescribed by law.

4. Implement reform of administrative procedures and application of modern information technology to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay administration; apply trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay administration rules in accordance with international practice, including regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay liabilities determined by nature of activities and transactions, regulations of risk management in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay administration and other regulations suitable with Vietnamese conditions.

According to Article 7 of theLaw on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Administration 2019, the provisions are as follows:

Currencies in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay declaration and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay payment

1. The currency for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay declaration and payment is the Vietnamese Dong, except for cases where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay declaration and payment in foreign convertible currencies are allowed.

2. Taxpayers who do bookkeeping in foreign currencies in accordance with the Accounting Law must exchange such bookkeeping into the Vietnamese dong based on the exchange rates applicable when the transaction is conducted.

3. For imports and exports, the currency for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay payment is the Vietnamese Dong, except for cases where trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay declaration and payment in foreign convertible currencies are allowed. Exchange rates used for taxation shall follow provisions on customs.

1. Organize collection of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay and other amounts payable to the state budget in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations and other relevant provisions.

2. Disseminate and provide guidelines on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations; publish trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay procedures on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay authorities’ premises and websites and via mass media.

3. Provide explanation and information related to the determination of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay liabilities to taxpayers; take responsibility for publicly announcing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay rates of household and individual businesses in communes.

4. Protect confidentiality of information of taxpayers, except for information provided to competent authorities or publicly announced as prescribed by law.

6. Confirm trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay liability fulfillment of taxpayers upon request as prescribed by law.

7. Settle complaints and denunciations related to the implementation of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations as authorized.

8. Provide trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay-related records, conclusions and/or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay decisions after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay audits/inspections for taxpayers and provide explanation upon request.

9. Compensate taxpayers in accordance with provisions on the State’s compensation responsibilities.

10. Carry out assessment to determine trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay liabilities of taxpayers as requested by State authorities.

11. Develop and organize the electronic information systems and apply information technology to e-transactions in taxation.
