- Continue to grant exemption from agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use tax until the end of 2025 to contribute to the implementation of the Party and State's guidelines on agricultural and rural development.
- Complete general review reports on implementation of non-agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use tax policies.
- On such basis, study and complete these tax policies with a view to levying more taxes on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and home in order to encourage the effective use of real property, contributing to limiting the speculation in real estate, and ensuring a reasonable and stable source of revenues remitted into the state budget and conformity with Vietnam's socio-economic condition and international practices.

Under Article 9 of thexoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law 2024, the provisions are as follows:

1. Depending on use purposes, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is classified into three main categories: agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, non-agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and vacant xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
2. The category of agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay is classified into the following sub-categories/types:
a) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for annual production, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for rice cultivation/ paddy cultivation and another annual crop xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
b) Perennial crop xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
c) Forestry xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, including dedicated forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, protective forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and production forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;

3. The category of non-agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay includes:
a) Homestead xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay including rural homestead xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and urban homestead xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
b) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for construction of head offices/offices;
c) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for national defense and security purposes (hereinafter referred to “national defense xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay and security xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay”);
d) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for construction of public works, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for construction of cultural facilities, social facilities, health facilities, education and training institutes, physical training and sports centers, science and technology facilities, environmental facilities, hydro-meteorological centers, diplomacy centers and other public works or landfor construction of head offices/offices of other public service providers;
dd) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for non-agricultural business and production purposes, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for industrial parks and industrial clusters; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for trading or service purposes/commercial xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; non-agricultural production establishment xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for mineral-related activities;
e) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used in the public interest, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for transport; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for irrigation; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for water supply and drainage works; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for natural disaster prevention and management works; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay with historical-cultural monuments, famous landscape, sights, natural heritage; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for waste treatment works; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for energy and public lighting projects; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for post, telecommunications and information technology infrastructure; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for residential markets and wholesale markets; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for public entertainment, recreation and community activities;
g) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for religious exercise/used by religious organizations (religious xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay); xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used by belief organizations (belief xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay);
h) xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay used for cemeteries, funeral service centers and cremation centers; xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for ashes storage facilities;
i) Dedicated water-covered xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
k) Other non-agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay.
4. The category of vacant xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay includes unallocated/unleased xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for which use purposes have not been determined yet.
5. The Government of Vietnam elaborates xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay categories in this Article
Agricultural xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay includes the following types:
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for annual production, including xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for rice cultivation/ paddy cultivation and another annual crop xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
- Perennial crop xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
- Forestry xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, including dedicated forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, protective forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, and production forest xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay;
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for aquaculture;
- xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay for intensive farming;

Additionally, based on Article 10 of thexoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law 2024, the determination of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay types shall be based on:
- Certificate of LUR, certificate of home ownership and LURs of homestead xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay, certificate of LURs, ownership of housing and other property affixed to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay; or certificate of title;
- Documents on LURs prescribed in Article 137 of this Law in case the certificates mentioned in point a of this clause have not yet been granted;
- Decision on xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay allocation, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lease or permission for xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay repurposing issued by a competent regulatory agency in case where the certificates mentioned in point a of this clause have not yet been granted.
