Pursuant to Clauses 2 and 3, Article 14 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpLaw on Export and Import Duties 2016, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principles and duration for applying a safeguard duty are stipulated as follows:
* Principles for applying a safeguard duty:
- A safeguard duty is applied within bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp necessary scope and to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp necessary extent to prevent or mitigate serious damage to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic production industry and to facilitate bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp enhancement of competitiveness in that industry;
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application of a safeguard duty must be based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp investigation conclusion, except in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp case of applying a temporary safeguard duty;

* Duration for applying a safeguard duty:

Application of Anti-dumping Duty, Countervailing Duty, and Safeguard Duty
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application, change, and removal of anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, and safeguard duty are performed in accordance with this Law and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp laws on anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguarding.
- Based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp tax rates, quantities, or value of goods subject to anti-dumping duty, countervailing duty, and safeguard duty, customs declarants are responsible for declaring and paying taxes according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp law on tax administration.

- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp application dossier for a safeguard duty (hereinafter referred to as bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Application Dossier) includes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Application Form for applying a safeguard duty and related documents and materials.
- bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Application Form for applying a safeguard duty includes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp following contents:
+ Name, address, and other necessary information of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organization or individual representing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic production industry;

+ Information on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp volume, quantity, and value of imported goods prescribed at point d, Clause 2, Article 47 ofDecree 10/2018/ND-CPin bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 3 years preceding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submission of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Application Dossier;
+ Information on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp volume, quantity, and value of similar or directly competitive goods of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp domestic production industry prescribed at point e, Clause 2, Article 47 ofDecree 10/2018/ND-CPin bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 3 years preceding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp submission of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Application Dossier.
