Based on Clause 1, Article 34 of đá bóng trực tiếpLaw on Commercial Arbitration 2010, it is stipulated as follows:

d) Fee for appointing đá bóng trực tiếp arbitrator for a specific case by đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration center upon đá bóng trực tiếp request of đá bóng trực tiếp disputing parties;

đ) Fee for utilizing other utility services provided by đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration center.

Which authority shall set đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration charge in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 2, Article 34 of đá bóng trực tiếpLaw on Commercial Arbitration 2010, it is stipulated as follows:

- đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration charge is determined by đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration center. In cases where disputes are resolved by ad hoc arbitration, đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration charge is determined by đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration council.

- đá bóng trực tiếp losing party must bear đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration charge unless đá bóng trực tiếp parties have a different agreement, or đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration procedural rules specify otherwise, or đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration council allocates differently.

- Develop đá bóng trực tiếp charter and procedural rules of đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration center in line with đá bóng trực tiếp provisions of this Law.

Based on Article 76 of đá bóng trực tiếpLaw on Commercial Arbitration 2010, it is stipulated as follows:

Rights and Obligations of đá bóng trực tiếp Branches of foreign arbitration institutions in Vietnam

1. Lease premises, hire, or purchase đá bóng trực tiếp necessary means and supplies for đá bóng trực tiếp operation of đá bóng trực tiếp branch.

2. Employ Vietnamese and foreign workers to work at đá bóng trực tiếp branch in accordance with Vietnamese law.

3. Open accounts in Vietnam Dong and foreign currencies at banks authorized to operate in Vietnam for đá bóng trực tiếp branch's activities.

4. Transfer branch income abroad in accordance with Vietnamese law.

5. Have a seal bearing đá bóng trực tiếp branch's name as prescribed by Vietnamese law.

6. Appoint arbitrators to establish đá bóng trực tiếp arbitration council as authorized by đá bóng trực tiếp foreign arbitration organization.

7. Provide arbitration services, mediation, and other commercial dispute resolution methods according to legal regulations.

8. Provide administrative, office, and other services for dispute resolution by đá bóng trực tiếp foreign arbitration council.

9. Collect arbitration charges and other lawful revenues.

10. Pay đá bóng trực tiếp arbitrators' remuneration.

11. Organize training to improve đá bóng trực tiếp level and skills in dispute resolution for arbitrators.

12. Store records and provide copies of arbitration decisions as requested by disputing parties or competent state agencies of Vietnam.

13. Operate in đá bóng trực tiếp field specified in đá bóng trực tiếp Establishment License, đá bóng trực tiếp Operating Registration Certificate.

14. Comply with Vietnamese law related to đá bóng trực tiếp branch's activities.

15. Submit annual periodical reports on đá bóng trực tiếp branch's activities to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Justice where đá bóng trực tiếp branch is registered.
