5. Order and procedures for tax inspection at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer's headquarters
a) Issue a Tax Inspection Decision

Before announcing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection decision, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer can prove that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 declared tax amount is correct and has paid xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 full tax amount due, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority will cancel xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision.
4. Procedures for tax inspection are regulated as follows:
a) Announce xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commencement of tax inspection;
b) Compare declared content with accounting books, accounting documents, financial statements, tax risk analysis results, inspection information data at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax authority's headquarters, related documents, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 actual state within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 scope and content of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection duration is determined in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection decision but must not exceed 10 working days at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s headquarters. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 duration is counted from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection decision announcement; if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection scope is broad and content complex, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 person deciding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection may extend once but not more than 10 working days at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 taxpayer’s headquarters;
d) Prepare a tax inspection record within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 end of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection period;
đ) Handle under authority or propose xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority handle according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection results.
5. Post-customs inspection is implemented according to customs law.
