Under Article 44 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayTax Administration Law 2019:

Deadlines for submission of tax declaration dossiers

1. Deadlines for submission of tax declaration dossiers of taxes declared monthly and quarterly:

a) For taxes declared monthly: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 20thof vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay month succeeding vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay month in which tax is incurred;

b) For taxes declared quarterly: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last day of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first month of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay succeeding quarter.

2. For taxes declared annually:

a) For annual tax statement dossiers: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last day of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 3rdmonth from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay calendar year or fiscal year. For annual tax declaration dossiers: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last day of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay first month from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay calendar year or fiscal year

b) For annual personal income tax statements prepared by income earners: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last day of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 4thmonth from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay end of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay calendar year;

c) For presumptive tax declarations prepared by household businesses and individual businesses: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 15thof December of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay preceding year. For new household businesses and individual businesses: within 10 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of commencement of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business.

3. For declaration of taxes that are declared and paid upon incurrence: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 10thday from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which tax is incurred.

4. For tax declaration dossiers upon shutdown, contract termination, business conversion or business re-arrangement: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay 45thday from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay occurrence of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay event.

Is it possible to supplementerroneous tax declaration dossiers in Vietnam?

Under Article 47 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayTax Administration Law 2019:

Tax dossier supplementation

1. In case vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax declaration dossier submitted to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority is erroneous or inadequate, supplementary documents may be provided within 10 years from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for submission of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay erroneous or inadequate tax declaration dossier but before vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority or a competent authority announces a decision on tax document examination.

2. When vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority or a competent authority has announced vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision on tax inspection or tax audit on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer’s premises, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is still allowed to provide supplementary documents; vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall impose administrative penalties for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violations specified in Article 142 and 143 of this Law.

3. After vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority or competent authority issues a conclusion or tax decision when vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection is done:

a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer may provide supplementary tax documents if they increase vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax payable or reduce vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deductible tax, exempted tax or refundable tax, and shall face administrative penalties for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay violations specified in Article 142 and Article 143 of this Law;

b) If vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supplementation leads to a decrease in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax payable or an increase in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deductible tax, exempted tax or refundable tax, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer shall follow procedures for filing tax-related complaints.

4. Supplementary documents include:

a) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supplementary tax return;

b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay explanation for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supplementation and relevant documents.

5. Supplementary tax documents on exports and imports shall be provided in accordance with customs laws.

According to Article 46 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayTax Administration Law 2019, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extension of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for submitting tax declaration dossiers are as follows:

Deadline extension

1. In case a taxpayer is unable to submit vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax declaration dossier by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervisory tax authority will consider extending vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for submission.

2. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline shall be extended for up to 30 more days for monthly, quarterly, annual declarations and declaration upon tax incurrence; 60 more days for terminal tax declaration.

3. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer shall send a written request for deadline extension to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority before vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline, provide explanation and confirmation by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay People’s Committee or police authority of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commune in which vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay event mentioned in Clause 1 of this Article occurred.

4. Within 03 working days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer’s request is received, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall inform vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer in writing of whether such request is granted.

Thus, in case a taxpayer is unable to submit vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax declaration dossier by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline due to a natural disaster, epidemic, fire or accident, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervisory tax authority will consider extending vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay deadline for submission.
