Application of Provisional Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties

1. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp application of provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax rate, duration of tax application, and extension of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tax application period shall comply with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisions of Clause 1, Article 81 and Clause 1, Article 89 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Law on Foreign Trade Management.

2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision to apply provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties includes kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following main contents:

a) Description of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp imported goods subject to provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties, including kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp name, basic characteristics, main usage, commodity code according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam Export-Import Commodity List, and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp effective import tax rate applied under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp current export-import tariff schedule;

e) Procedures, documentation for inspection, and application of provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties.

3. Provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties can be applied no sooner than 60 days from kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp date kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Industry and Trade decides to investigate.

4. In cases where kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisional anti-dumping, countervailing duties applied is less than kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp dumping margin, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subsidy level in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp preliminary conclusion or when organizations, individuals exporting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp investigated goods into Vietnam request an extension and kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp volume, quantity of investigated goods of those requesting from organizations, individuals constitute a significant portion of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total volume, quantity of investigated goods imported into Vietnam, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Industry and Trade may extend kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provisional duty, but kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp extension shall not exceed 60 days.
