Vietnam: Who is responsible for providing taxpayers and customs declarants with guidelines for completing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro form 01/BKNT?
Pursuant to Article 10 ofCircular 184/2015/TT-BTC, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulation is as follows:
Duties of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Cooperative Banks in Tax Collection
1. Provide tax payment services for taxpayers and customs declarants to conduct tax payment transactions at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro counter and electronically.
2. Guide taxpayers and customs declarants in declaring appropriate and complete information for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro indicators on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro tax payment declaration form (Form No. 01/BKNT) or fee payment declaration form (Form No. 02/BKNP) issued with this Circular.
In cases where taxpayers pay fees or customs fees for multiple declarations, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro cooperative banks guide trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro taxpayers to create a list of declaration forms for fee payments, attached to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro tax payment declaration form or trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro payment voucher to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget.
3. Maintain confidentiality of taxpayer and customs declarant information accessed through trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs electronic payment portal as per information security laws and cooperation agreements signed between parties.
4. Transmit trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro payment voucher information into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget, tax guarantee letters, or payment vouchers into fee collection accounts, in fee collection cases, to management agencies via trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs electronic payment portal as prescribed by Articles 17, 22, 23 of this Circular.
5. Transfer funds and fully, accurately, promptly record state budget collections into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Treasury accounts opened at designated collecting banks properly.
6. Update and transmit full, accurate information on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro payment transfer documents to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro designated collecting bank.
7. Ultimately responsible for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro information of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro collected amount transferred to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs electronic payment portal, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro amount of tax guaranteed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro declaration guaranteed until booked into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget collection account at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury.
8. Only use trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro information provided by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro General Department of Customs for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro purpose of tax payment, tax guarantee, international payment, and not for other purposes.
9. Cannot cancel trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro transfer order when trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro payment information has been confirmed successful by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs electronic payment portal unless agreed by customs authorities. Mistakes are handled according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro procedures at Articles 25 and 28 of this Circular.
10. Coordinate with trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury, designated collecting banks, customs agencies, and management agencies in handling errors during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro process.

According to Clause 1, Article 16 ofCircular 184/2015/TT-BTC, it is regulated as follows:
Location, Form, Method of Tax, Fee Payment; Electronic Tax Guarantee
1. Location:
a) Taxpayers perform tax, fee payments into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury or banks.
a1) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro tax payment procedure at banks is implemented according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulations in Articles 17, 18, and 19 of this Circular;
a2) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro procedure for tax payments at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury is implemented according to regulations in Article 20 of this Circular;
a3) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro procedure for fee collection by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro management agency is implemented according to Article 23 of this Circular;
b) In cases where taxpayers pay taxes in cash but trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury or designated collecting banks do not set up collection points at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs clearance site, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs agency registering trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs declaration form collects trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro tax amount paid by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro taxpayer and transfers trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro entire collected tax amount into trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget collection account of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury opened at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro bank as prescribed.
In cases at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time of registering trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs declaration, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro taxpayer has outstanding tax debts, late payment interest, fines, and other receipts at other customs agencies and wants to pay off that debt immediately, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro taxpayer declares and pays at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro collection point of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Treasury, bank, or pays to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro customs authority where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro procedures are conducted.
