According to Clause 1, Article 59 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeTax Administration Law 2019, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube cases in which taxpayers must pay late payment interest are specified as follows:
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer pays tax behind deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube extended deadline, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline written in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority’s notice, tax liability imposition decision or handling decision;
- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube supplementation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax declaration dossier leads to an increase in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amount of tax payable, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority or inspecting authority finds that tax is understated, late payment interest shall be charged on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube increase in tax over xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube period from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube day succeeding xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube initial deadline or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline for tax payment of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube initial customs declaration;
- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube supplementation of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax declaration dossier leads to a decrease in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amount of refundable tax, or xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority or inspecting authority finds that refundable tax is smaller than xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube refunded tax, late payment interest shall be charged on xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube excessively refunded tax, which has to be paid back to state budget, over xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube period from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube day on which tax is refunded;

Note: Taxpayers may be exempted from late payment interest in cases of force majeure.
When willoverpaid late payment interest in Vietnam be not refunded?
According to Clause 3, Article 60 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtubeLaw on Tax Administration 2019, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid tax, late payment interest or fine shall not be refunded in xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube following cases:
- In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer fails to pay tax, late payment interest and fines within 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube deadline for making such payment, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority shall inform xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amount payable and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube number of days behind schedule.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer no longer operates at xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube registered address, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid amount has been announced through mass media and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer does not claim xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube refund within 01 years from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date of announcement.
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid amount has been paid for more than 10 years and xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer does not request an offsetting or refund.
Additionally, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax, late payment interest or fine paid by a taxpayer is greater than xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube amount payable, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid amount may be offset against xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube outstanding tax, late payment interest or fine, or against xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax, late payment interest or fine payable next time, or may be refunded if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer no longer has outstanding tax, late payment interest or fine.
In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer wishes to have xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid amount be offset against xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube outstanding tax, late payment interest or fine, late payment interest shall not be charged over xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube period from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube overpaid amount is paid to xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube day on which these amounts are offset by xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority.
2. In case xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube taxpayer claims a refund, xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube tax authority shall issue a refund decision or, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube claim is rejected, provide explanation within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube receipt of xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube.
