Application for use of electronicreceipts
1. Before using xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic receipt as prescribed in Point b Clause 1 Article 30 hereof, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collector shall apply for use of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic receipt through xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay web portal of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation.
An application for use of electronic receipt shall be made using Form No. 01/DK-BL in Appendix IA enclosed herewith.
xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation shall receive applications for use of electronic receipts and send notices, using form No. 01/TB-TNDK in Appendix IB enclosed herewith, through its web portal to applicants.
2. Within 1 working day from receipt of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for use of electronic receipt, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority shall send an electronic notice of approval of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application, if it is valid and satisfactory, or refusal of xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application, if it is unsatisfactory or has mistakes, prepared according to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form No. 01/TB-DKDT in Appendix IB enclosed herewith, to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay applicant specified in Clause 1 of this Article.

4. 2. Format of an electronic PIT deduction statement:
When using xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay document in Point a Clause 1 Article 30 hereof in xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic form, xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization deducting PIT shall develop a software system serving xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use of electronic records which must contain adequate compulsory contents specified in Clause 1 Article 32 hereof.
3. Contents of electronic PIT deduction statements or receipts must be fully and accurately displayed, ensure readers can read them with electronic devices.
