Format of Electronic records
1. Format of Electronic Receipts:

b) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay format of electronic receipts consists of two components: vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay component containing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business data of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic receipt and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay component containing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay digital signature data;
c) vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation develops and publishes vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay component containing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business data of electronic receipts, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay component containing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay digital signature data, and provides tools to display vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents of electronic receipts according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations in this Decree.
2. Format of Electronic records for Personal Income Tax Deductions:
Organizations deducting personal income tax when using records as specified in point a, clause 1, Article 30 of this Decree electronically build their software system to ensure vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mandatory contents as prescribed in clause 1, Article 32 of this Decree.
3. Electronic records and electronic receipts must accurately and fully display vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay record to ensure there is no misinterpretation, enabling users to read them via electronic devices.

Registration to Use Electronic Receipts
1. Organizations collecting fees, charges before using electronic receipts according to point b, clause 1, Article 30 shall register for use through vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation's electronic portal.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration information follows Form No. 01/DK-BL Appendix IA issued along with this Decree.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation's electronic portal receives registration for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use of electronic receipts from organizations collecting fees, charges, and sends a notice according to Form No. 01/TB-TNDK Appendix IB issued with this Decree after receiving registration for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use of electronic receipts to confirm vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay submission of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration dossier for using electronic receipts.
2. Within 1 working day from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration to use electronic receipts, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority is responsible for sending an electronic notice according to Form No. 01/TB-DKDT Appendix IB issued with this Decree to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entities specified in clause 1 of this Article regarding acceptance in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay case of valid registration for using electronic receipts, with no errors, or not accepting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration for using electronic receipts that do not meet vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conditions for acceptance or contain errors.
3. From vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time of using electronic receipts according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations in this Decree, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization mentioned in clause 1 of this Article must cancel unused paper receipts and records (if any) according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations.
4. In case of changes in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registered information for using electronic receipts as specified in clause 1 of this Article, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee and charge collecting organization under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget shall make changes and resend it to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax authority according to Form No. 01/DK-BL Appendix IA issued with this Decree via vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay General Department of Taxation's electronic portal.
Thus, according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay above regulations, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application for use of electronic records according to Circular 123 is Form No. 01/DK-BL Appendix IADownload.
Do electronic receipts include symbols?
According to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations in Article 32 ofDecree 123/2020/ND-CPprovided as follows:
Contents of records
1. Tax deduction certificates have vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following contents:
a) Name of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax deduction certificate, symbol of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax deduction certificate template, symbol of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax deduction certificate, serial number of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax deduction certificate;
b) Name, address, taxpayer identification number of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay submitter;
c) Name, address, taxpayer identification number of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer (if vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer has a taxpayer identification number);
d) Nationality (if vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay taxpayer is not a Vietnamese national);
đ) Income, time of income payment, total taxable income, tax deducted; net income;
e) Date, month, year of issuance of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tax deduction certificate;
g) Full name, signature of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay income payer.
In cases of using electronic tax deduction certificates, signatures on electronic records are digital signatures.
2. Receipts
a) Types of receipts: Tax fee and charge receipt without pre-printed denomination; tax fee and charge receipt with pre-printed denomination; tax fee and charge receipt.
b) Receipt template symbol and receipt symbol.

For electronic receipts, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic receipt number begins from 1 on January 1 or vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day electronic receipts start being used and ends on December 31 annually.
d) Copies of receipts (applied for printed and self-printed receipts) is vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay number of pages in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay same receipt number. Each receipt number must have at least 2 copies or more, in which:
- Copy (part) 1: retained by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collecting organization;

Subsequent copies are named according to specific uses to serve management under regulatory authority.

k) Receipts are presented in Vietnamese. If necessary to add a foreign language, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay part in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign language is placed in parentheses “( )” or right below vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay line of content written in Vietnamese with a smaller font size than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnamese text.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay numbers recorded on receipts are natural numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.

For fee/charge collecting organizations using electronic receipts, in case adjustments are necessary for certain content criteria on electronic receipts to be suitable to reality, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee/charge collecting organization must communicate with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance (General Department of Taxation) for guidance before implementation.
In addition to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mandatory information as prescribed in this clause, fee/charge collecting organizations may add other information, including logos, decorative images or advertisements, in accordance with legal regulations, ensuring that they do not obscure or blur mandatory content shown on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay font size of additional information must not be larger than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay font size of mandatory content shown on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receipt.

Thus, according to these regulations, for each type of tax receipt, there will be different symbols and they will be recorded on electronic receipts as prescribed.
