What is the penalty for late submission of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declarations in Vietnamin December?
Based on Article 13 ofDecree 125/2020/ND-CP, the penalties for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay declaration submission late are as follows:
(1) A warning for submitting declarations 1 to 5 days late with mitigating circumstances.
(2) A fine ranging from 2,000,000 VND to 5,000,000 VND for submissions 1 to 30 days late.
(3) A fine ranging from 5,000,000 VND to 8,000,000 VND for submissions 31 to 60 days late.
(4) A fine ranging from 8,000,000 VND to 15,000,000 VND for the following actions:- Submissions 61 to 90 days late;- Submissions over 91 days late without any lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay due;
(5) A fine ranging from 15,000,000 VND to 25,000,000 VND for submissions more than 90 days late from the deadline, with taxes due, provided taxes are paid in full before the lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay inspection decision is announced or before the establishment of a record of late submission as stipulated in clause 11, Article 143 of theLaw on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Administration 2019.
