According to Article 13 ofCircular 12/2018/TT-BCT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay import tariff applied to goods managed by import tariff quotas is regulated as follows:

(1) Based on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual announced tariff quotas and business registrations, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Industry and Trade considers issuing license for importing commodities under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tariff-rate quotas to businesses.

(2) trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dossier for issuing license for importing commodities under trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay tariff-rate quotas is implemented according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations at point a, point b, clause 1 of Article 9Decree 69/2018/ND-CP. To be specific:

- Investment Certificate or Business Registration Certificate or Enterprise Registration Certificate: 1 certified copy with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay trader’s seal.

- Businesses submit 1 dossier as regulated in (2) directly, by postal mail, or online (if applicable) to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Industry and Trade (Import-Export Department), address: 54 Hai Ba Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.

- If trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dossier is incomplete, non-conformable, or requires additional documentation, within 3 working days from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay date of receipt, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Industry and Trade will notify trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay business to complete trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay dossier.

Before September 30 of each year, businesses must submit a report (replacing trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Q3 report) to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Industry and Trade to evaluate trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay annual import capacity, propose increases or decreases in allocated import quotas, or report trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay quantity of goods that cannot be imported, for reallocation to other businesses.
