Pursuant to Article 114 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Law on Tax Administration 2019, it is stipulated as follows:
Tax Inspection Decisions
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 heads of tax administration agencies at all levels have xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 authority to issue tax inspection decisions.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision must contain xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following main contents:
a) Legal grounds for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection;
b) Subjects, contents, scope, and tasks of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection;
c) Duration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection;
d) Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection team and members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection team.
3. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision must be sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspected entity no later than 03 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of signing.
4. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision must be announced no later than 15 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 tax inspection decision.

Whenshall a re-inspection be conducted in Vietnam?
According to Article 120 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Law on Tax Administration 2019, it is stipulated as follows:
Re-inspection in Tax Inspection Activities
1. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 authority to decide on a re-inspection of a concluded case but with discovered signs of law violations is regulated as follows:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Chief Inspector of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance decides on a re-inspection of a case concluded by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director General within xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 scope and authority of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance when assigned by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Minister of Finance;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director General decides on a re-inspection of a case concluded by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 General Department;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Director decides on a re-inspection of a case concluded by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Sub-Department under xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Department;
d) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection decision includes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 contents stipulated in Article 114 of this Law. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection decision must be sent to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspected entity no later than 03 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of signing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection decision. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection decision must be announced no later than 15 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of signing and must be documented by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team.
2. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection is conducted upon xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 occurrence of one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following grounds:
a) There are serious violations in procedures during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection process;
b) There are errors in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law when concluding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection;
c) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection conclusion is inconsistent with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 evidence collected during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection or there are signs of high risk according to risk assessment criteria;
d) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision-maker of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team, or members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team intentionally altered xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case file or intentionally made unlawful conclusions;
dd) There are serious signs of law violations by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspected entity that were not fully detected during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection.
3. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 statute of limitations for re-inspection, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 duration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection are regulated as follows:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 statute of limitations for re-inspection is 02 years from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of signing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection conclusion;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 duration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection is conducted as stipulated in Article 115 of this Law.
4. When conducting a re-inspection, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision-maker, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team, and members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team perform their tasks and powers as stipulated in Articles 116 and 117 of this Law.
5. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 disclosure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion are stipulated as follows:
a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion is implemented according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provisions of Article 119 of this Law. xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 content of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion must clearly identify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 nature, extent of violations, causes, and responsibilities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency, organization, or individual that conducted xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection, concluded xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection, and proposed handling measures.
Within 15 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of signing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision-maker must send xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 same level state management agency and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 superior state inspection agency;
b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 disclosure of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 re-inspection conclusion is conducted in accordance with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law on inspection.
Thus, a re-inspection is conducted when one of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following grounds exists:
- Serious procedural violations during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection process;
- Errors in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law when concluding xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection conclusion is inconsistent with xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 evidence collected during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection or there are signs of high risk according to risk assessment criteria;
- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 decision-maker of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team, or members of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection team intentionally altered xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case file or intentionally made unlawful conclusions;
- There are serious signs of law violations by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspected entity that were not fully detected during xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 inspection.
