Based on Article 6 ofDecree 130/2024/ND-CP, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulation concerning subjects exempt from expressway use fees while traveling on expressways owned, directly managed, and operated by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state includes:
- Ambulances.
- Fire trucks of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fire and rescue police force and fire trucks of other forces mobilized for firefighting duties with priority signals as prescribed by law.
- Specialized vehicles serving national defense purposes, including those with license plates:
+ Red background, embossed white letters and numbers fitted with specialized defense equipment (including: tank trucks, cranes, vehicles transporting armed forces understood as passenger vehicles with 12 seats or more, covered transport vehicles equipped with seats, control vehicles, military inspection vehicles, specialized prisoner transport vehicles, rescue vehicles, satellite communication vehicles, and other special vehicles serving national defense).
+ Vehicles undertaking urgent tasks utilizing one of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay priority signals as prescribed by law in cases of emergency duties.

- Specialized vehicles serving funeral services, including:
+ Vehicles with specialized structures for funeral services (including hearses and cold trucks for preserving and transporting bodies).
+ Vehicles related to funeral services (including accompanying passenger vehicles, flower-carrier trucks, portrait-escort vehicles) exclusively used for funeral activities with vehicle registration certificates under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay funeral service unit's name.

How to calculateexpressway use feein Vietnam?
Based on Clause 1, Article 9 ofDecree 130/2024/ND-CP, which sets out vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fees and tolls for expressway usage within vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management scope of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Transport as follows:

1. expressway use fees are determined based on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual distance traveled by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vehicle (in km) and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee corresponding to each vehicle type (in VND/km).
2. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tolls for vehicles traveling on expressways under vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Transport's management are stipulated in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay annex attached to this Decree.
3. Based on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fees specified in Clause 2 of this Article, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tolls applicable to each expressway segment are specifically determined in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Asset Exploitation Scheme approved by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority in accordance with regulations.
Thus, according to these regulations, expressway use fees are determined based on vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual distance traveled by vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vehicle (in km) and vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay corresponding fee for each type of vehicle (in VND/km).
