PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AGREEMENT

You are agreeing toLawNet's collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of the personal information you provide in accordance with Decree No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP for the purpose of customer care đá bóng trực tiếp support during the use of LawNet's services with the following contents:

1. Personal information being collected stored đá bóng trực tiếp used

You expressly understand, confirm đá bóng trực tiếp agree thatLawNetis allowed to collect, store đá bóng trực tiếp use the information that you have provided đá bóng trực tiếp will provide for us during the process of membership registration đá bóng trực tiếp communication with employees of LawNet , where:

General personal information of a member includes: full name, phone number, email address, gender, mailing address, workplace, taxpayer identification number, browsing history onLawNet.vn. This information is necessary for us to issue invoices đá bóng trực tiếp records during the process of using our paid services; making phone calls, sending emails, đá bóng trực tiếp supporting members during the use of LawNet services.

Moreover, we are also entitled to collect đá bóng trực tiếp use other information đá bóng trực tiếp legal questions provided by members for the purposes of providing legal assistance for members.

2. Purposes of collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of personal information provided by members

You agree đá bóng trực tiếp confirm that your personal information mentioned in Article 1 of this document can be collected, stored đá bóng trực tiếp used for the following purposes:

- Member authentication (to remove fake accounts)

- Contacting members to introduce products đá bóng trực tiếp services; supporting members during use (by phone, email, etc.)

- Receiving đá bóng trực tiếp responding to your enquiries regarding services đá bóng trực tiếp legal issues.

- Issuing invoices đá bóng trực tiếp records as prescribed by law.

- Other purposes prescribed by law.

3. Organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals permitted to collect, manage đá bóng trực tiếp use personal information provided by members

You agree that the personal information you provide can be collected, managed đá bóng trực tiếp used by (i) LawNet đá bóng trực tiếp (ii) other organizations đá bóng trực tiếp individuals that have cooperation/association withLawNet(such as post offices, banks, lawyers authorized by you, etc.) in using this information for supporting members during the process of purchase, payment, đá bóng trực tiếp use of services ofLawNet .

4. Methods for collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of personal information provided by members

You agree that your personal information can be collected, stored đá bóng trực tiếp used by any methods that are adopted đá bóng trực tiếp/or applied by LawNetđá bóng trực tiếp may vary over time, including but not limited to, collection, recording, confirmation, storage, revision, combination, access, extraction, restoration, encryption, decryption, duplication, sharing, transmission, provision, transfer using cyberspace, electronic devices or other means of transferring personal information within Vietnam or abroad, deletion, destruction đá bóng trực tiếp other relevant activities.

5. Beginning đá bóng trực tiếp ending time of collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of personal information provided by members

L aw N et.vn will start to collect, store đá bóng trực tiếp use your personal information as soon as you register, provide or share it with L aw N et.vn until:

- LawNetreceives a written request for termination of collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of such personal information from a competent authority; or

- You withdraw your consent in writing as prescribed by law. However, in this case,LawNetis still entitled to store necessary information of such member for execution of contracts signed by the parties; for provision of information upon requests of state agencies (e.g. during invoice inspection by tax authorities, etc.)

The withdrawal of the your consent in this case does not affect the legality of the collection, storage, đá bóng trực tiếp use of personal information previously provided by you forLawNet.

6. Rights đá bóng trực tiếp obligations of members

- You are entitled to provide, access, revise, delete their personal information; withdraw their consent to the collection, storage, use of their personal information byLawNet; restrict or object to the collection, storage, use of their personal information, unless otherwise prescribed by law.

- You have the responsibility to fully đá bóng trực tiếp accurately provide their personal information at the request ofLawNetin order to facilitate the customer care process.

- You have other rights đá bóng trực tiếp obligations prescribed by law.

7. Other commitment regarding collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of personal information provided by members

LawNetwill protect the your personal information in accordance with the law of Vietnam; fully comply with the Regulation on Protection of Personal Data, contracts, agreements đá bóng trực tiếp other documents signed with you.

LawNetwill collect, store đá bóng trực tiếp use personal information provided by members only for the specific, unequivocal đá bóng trực tiếp lawful purposes stated in the Regulation on Protection of Personal Data đá bóng trực tiếp in accordance with the law of Vietnam.

During the process of collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use of your personal information,LawNetđá bóng trực tiếp relevant parties will apply necessary technical đá bóng trực tiếp security measures within our capacity to protect your personal information.

However, you must understand the fact that no system or security measure is perfectly safe, đá bóng trực tiếp that there are always potential risks to online transactions, cyberspace đá bóng trực tiếp any methods for personal information collection, storage đá bóng trực tiếp use, including but not limited to, data leaks, breaches, or cyberattack. If all appropriate measures within the capacity ofLawNetđá bóng trực tiếp relevant parties have been taken,LawNetđá bóng trực tiếp relevant parties do not have any liability for the members đá bóng trực tiếp their relevant parties (if any).

8. Effect

This Agreement is an integral part of the documents, contracts that have been concluded đá bóng trực tiếp/or confirmed between you đá bóng trực tiếpLawNet.
