2. From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2021-2022 academic year for Grades 2 and 6.
3. From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2022-2023 academic year for Grades 3, 7, and 10.
4. From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2023-2024 academic year for Grades 4, 8, and 11.
5. From kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 2024-2025 academic year for Grades 5, 9, and 12.

According to Article 12 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on standards and procedures for development and revision of textbooks; standards for textbook developers and organization and operation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp National Textbook Appraisal Council issuedwithCircular 33/2017/TT-BGDDT:
National Textbook Appraisal Council
1.A National Textbook Appraisal Council (hereinafter referred to as “kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council”) is an organization established specifically for a particular subject, educational activity in a particular educational stage by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training to assist kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister in appraising textbooks.
2. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council are scientists, educators, experienced education managers and representatives of related organizations. At least one-thirds of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council’s member must be teachers who are teaching kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp subject at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp same educational stage. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council’s members shall be an odd number, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp minimum of which shall be 7 (seven) people.
3. Duties of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council
a) Appraise kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp textbooks for a subject, educational activity of grades in an educational stage according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp contents prescribed in Article 4, Article 5, Article 6, Article 7 and Article 8 of this Circular.
b) Propose kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training to consider kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp approval for use of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp textbook;
4. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council shall consist of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary and members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council.
5. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council and its members shall be responsible for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp content and quality of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp appraisal.

- Appraise kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp textbooks for a subject, educational activity of grades in an educational stage according to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp contents prescribed in Article 4, Article 5, Article 6, Article 7 and Article 8 ofCircular 33/2017/TT-BGDDT.
- Propose kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training to consider kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp approval for use of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp textbook;

According to Article 14 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on standards and procedures for development and revision of textbooks; standards for textbook developers and organization and operation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp National Textbook Appraisal Council issued withCircular 33/2017/TT-BGDDT:
Responsibilities and entitlements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairperson, vice-chairperson, secretary and members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council
1. Responsibilities and entitlements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairperson of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council
a) Take responsibility for kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp operation of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training;
b) Contact kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp appraising unit in accordance with regulations prescribed in clause 1 Article 19 of this Circular;
c) Prepare and implement kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp working plan of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council in accordance with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp schedule; assign tasks to members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council;
d) Chair kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp meetings of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council, ratify kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp minutes of each meeting of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council;
dd) Report and cooperate with kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp appraising unit to handle any unusual case during kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp appraisal;
e) Propose addition or change of members of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council (if necessary);
g) Authorize kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vice-chairperson to perform certain tasks. kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp authorization shall be recorded in writing and attached to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp working file of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council;
h) Perform other tasks and entitlements as prescribed in clause 4 of this Article;
2. Responsibilities and entitlements of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp vice-chairperson of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council
a) Take responsibility for performance of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp tasks assigned or authorized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairperson.
b) Assist kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp chairperson of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council in preparing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp documents of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council’s meetings and convening meetings of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Council.
c) Perform other tasks and entitlements as prescribed in clause 4 of this Article;
