What is the salary coefficient of Class 3 lower secondary school teachers in Vietnam?

Based on Article 8 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT, regulations on salary arrangementare as follows:

Salary arrangement

1. Public employees appointed lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the professional titles of lower secondary school teachers as stipulated in this Circular shall apply the corresponding salary scale issued in accordance with Decree No. 204/2004/ND-CP dated December 14, 2004, of the Government of Vietnam on salary policies for officials, public employees, and armed forces. Specifically:

a) Class III lower secondary school teachers, code V.07.04.32, shall apply the salary coefficient for public employees of type A1, from a salary coefficient of 2.34 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a salary coefficient of 4.98;

b) Class II lower secondary school teachers, code V.07.04.31, shall apply the salary coefficient for public employees of type A2, group A2.2, from a salary coefficient of 4.00 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a salary coefficient of 6.38;

What are the duties of Class 3 lower secondary school teachers in Vietnam?

According lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Clause 1, Article 3 ofCircular 03/2021/TT-BGDĐT, Class 3 lower secondary school teachers must perform the following tasks:

- Class 3 lower secondary school teachers develop the educational plan of the subjects assigned and participate in building the educational plan of the professional team according lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the goals and curriculum of the middle school education level;

- Directly teach and educate students according lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the school's and professional team's educational plan and program; manage students in educational activities organized by the school;

- Use teaching and educational methods oriented toward fostering students' abilities and qualities and actively engage students' activities;

- Conduct activities lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay assess and evaluate students' learning outcomes and training as per regulations;

- Identify and foster gifted students or provide support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay underachieving students or guide trainee teachers (if any);

- Organize psychological counseling and career guidance activities for students and their parents in the assigned class;

- Collaborate with relevant individuals and organizations lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay carry out teaching, education, psychological counseling, and career guidance activities for students;

- Participate in professional team activities; join scientific research; complete the management system of educational activities records as per regulations; undertake the task of implementing compulsory middle school education and inclusive education within the assigned scope; participate in organizing contests (for teachers or students) from the school level and higher (if any);

- Complete required training and professional development courses; proactively self-study, self-train lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enhance professional and specialized skills;

- Additionally, perform other tasks assigned by the principal.
