2. Homeroom bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at secondary boarding ethnic schoolsat lower secondary and upper secondary levels shall be reduced by 4 lessons/week. Homeroom bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in specialized schools and semi-boarding schools shall be reduced by 4 lessons/week. Homeroom bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at schools and classes for disabled people shall be reduced by 3 lessons/week.
2a. Homeroom bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp at pre-university schools shall be reduced by 3 lessons/week

5a. The deputy leaders of professional teams shall be reduced by 1 lesson/week."

- Distort teaching or educational contents; teach wrong knowledge or contents that are against the education guidelines or viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the State.
- Force students to take extra classes for money; take advantage of educational sponsorship or assistance to forcibly extract cash or kind contributions.
- Smoke or consume alcohol or other stimulants while participating in teaching or educational activities.
- Hinder support given to teaching or educational activities and other activities.
