- Rights of international students under state budget scholarship
a) To return to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country for internships, collect materials to serve vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay study program; to enjoy vacations during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay study period according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay foreign educational institutions; to return to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay country, visit relatives in other countries (third countries) if permitted by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host country;
b) To be consularly protected and have legitimate rights protected by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnamese representative agency abroad during vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay study period according to regulations;
c) To enjoy full or partial support for training costs, travel expenses, subsistence allowances, and other study-related costs abroad from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay state budget for students specified at points a and b, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Decree, or funded by foreign parties for students specified at point c, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Decree.

Extension of period of studying abroad
- Students specified at points a and b, Clause 1, Article 3 of this Decree, upon vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay expiration of their study period as per vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision to study abroad, if they have not completed vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay study program, must submit an application for extension of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay study period to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay sending authority for decision. During vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay extended study period, students do not receive scholarships (except for airfare back home as stipulated in Clause 4 of this Article).
