According to Article 7 ofCircular 26/2009/TT-BGDDT, the responsibilities of lower secondary education institutions are as follows:

- Depending on the climate and weather conditions of different regions, based on the conditions of the xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2, with the consensus of parents on the policy, the Principal decides on the wearing of uniforms and prescribes the style, color, and number of days of wearing uniforms during the week.

- Any changes in the style and color of the uniforms must be agreed upon by the xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Council and the Parent Representative Board.
