Pursuant to Article 4 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP, the level of support and duration of support are stipulated as follows:

Level of support and duration of support

1. Level of support:

a) Pedagogy students are supported by the state with tuition fees corresponding to the tuition fee levels of the teacher training institutions where they are enrolled;

b) Pedagogy students are supported by the state with 3.63 million VND per month to cover living expenses during their study period at the institution.

2. The duration of support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tuition fees and living expenses is determined based on the actual study months at the institution as per regulations, but not exceeding 10 months per academic year. In case the teaching is organized by credit-based training, the teacher training institution can convert the support level to fit the credit-based training system. The total support budget lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the entire course in the credit-based training system shall not exceed the support level stipulated lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the course by academic year.

What are procedures forapplying lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay living expense support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 7 ofDecree 116/2020/ND-CP, the procedures to apply lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay living expense support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students is carried out as follows:

Step 1:Within 30 days from the date of receiving the admission notice, pedagogy students submit an Application lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support and Commitment to reimburse tuition fees and living expenses to the teacher training institution.

Note: Students only submit one set of documents lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the first request lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support during their entire time at the teacher training institution.

Step 2:Teacher training institutions summarize and notify the localities that have assigned tasks, placed orders, or bid to agree on support consideration lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students under the category of assigned tasks, placed orders, or bid.

Step 3:The agency assigning tasks, placing orders, or bidding formulates criteria lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay selecting admitted pedagogy students and cooperates with the teacher training institution to ensure fair, public, and transparent selection.

Step 4:Within 15 days from the closing date lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application receipt, the teacher training institution agrees with the agency assigning tasks, placing orders, or bidding to confirm and notify the pedagogy students who are eligible lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support under the assigned tasks, placed orders, or bidding category, and reviews the eligible students lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay support policies within the quota notified by the Ministry of Education and Training and not under the placed orders quota.

Step 5:The list of pedagogy students eligible lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tuition and living expense support policies is publicly posted on the teacher training institution's website and sent to the agency assigning tasks, placing orders, or bidding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation.

2. Payment of support funds from the state budget:

a) The funding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tuition and living expense support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students is allocated in the annual state budget estimate lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay education, training at localities, ministries and central authorities according to current regulations;

b) The agency assigning tasks, placing orders, or bidding directly pays the teacher training institution the funding lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tuition and living expense support of pedagogy students under the state task assignment, placed orders, or bidding mechanism lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students under the assigned task, placed orders, or bidding category.

3. The estimation, compliance with the budget estimate, and final settlement of the budget lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementing the tuition fee support policy and living expense support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay pedagogy students under this Decree shall be implemented according to the State Budget Law and the guiding documents.
