Under Point a, Clause 1, Article 8 ofDecree 71/2020/ND-CPon đá bóng trực tiếp roadmap to improve đá bóng trực tiếp standardized educational qualifications of preschool, primary, and lower secondary school teachers:

Plan for implementing đá bóng trực tiếp roadmap to improve standardized educational qualifications of teachers

1. Based on đá bóng trực tiếp orientation, objectives of building and developing đá bóng trực tiếp national and local teacher workforce, đá bóng trực tiếp need for teachers, and đá bóng trực tiếp targets specified in Articles 4, 5, and 6 of this Decree, đá bóng trực tiếp plan is developedas follows:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People's Committee issues đá bóng trực tiếp annual plan for implementing đá bóng trực tiếp roadmap to improve standardized educational qualifications of preschool, primary, and lowersecondary school teachers;

b) đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training issues 5-year plans according to đá bóng trực tiếp roadmap 2020 - 2025 and 2026 - 2030.

2. Plan development:

a) đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training issues 5-year plans according to đá bóng trực tiếp roadmap 2020 - 2025 and 2026 - 2030, and sends them to đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People's Committee as a basis for building annual plans;

b) Annually, preschool and general education institutions developplans, send them to đá bóng trực tiếp Division ofEducation and Training for compilation, advise đá bóng trực tiếp district-level People's Committee to issue plans, and send them to đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training, Department of Education - Science and Technology Bac Lieu (hereinafter collectively referred to as đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training);

đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People's Committee issues annual plans on đá bóng trực tiếp advice and proposal of đá bóng trực tiếp Department of Education and Training, based on đá bóng trực tiếp plans of đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training and đá bóng trực tiếp annual plans of đá bóng trực tiếp district-level People's Committee;

c) đá bóng trực tiếp provincial People's Committee sends đá bóng trực tiếp plan to đá bóng trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training for compilation, monitoring, and implementation guidance.

Under Clause 2, Article 10 ofDecree 71/2020/ND-CP, đá bóng trực tiếp rights and responsibilities of preschool teachers sent for training to improve standardized educational qualifications in Vietnam are:

- Rights of teachers sent for training to improve đá bóng trực tiếp standardized educational qualifications:

+ Be facilitated in terms of time by đá bóng trực tiếp managing and employing agencies; receive support for tuition fees (applied according to đá bóng trực tiếp current legal regulations for pedagogical students);

+ Have đá bóng trực tiếp training period counted as continuous working time;

+ Enjoy 100% salary and policies, and allowances as prescribed by law.

- Responsibilities of teachers sent for training to improve đá bóng trực tiếp standardized educational qualifications:

+ Comply with training regulations, rules, and training time requirements; be subject to đá bóng trực tiếp management of đá bóng trực tiếp training institution during đá bóng trực tiếp participation in training activities;

+ Commit to perform duties at preschool and general education institutions after completing đá bóng trực tiếp training program for at least twice đá bóng trực tiếp training period;

+ During đá bóng trực tiếp course duration, teachers still have to perform working duties as prescribed when not participating in training activities;

+ If teachers do not complete đá bóng trực tiếp training program within đá bóng trực tiếp prescribed time, leading to extended training time, they must self-finance đá bóng trực tiếp additional training costs incurred during đá bóng trực tiếp extended training period.
