3. Procedure for school transfer for primary-aged students returning from abroad.
a) Parents or guardians of students submit a request form (according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form in Appendix II attached to this Circular) to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school receiving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer by direct submission, postal mail, or online submission via vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay public service portal (if available).
b) Within no more than 03 working days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request form, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principal of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school receiving vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transfer provides an opinion on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay acceptance of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form. In case of non-acceptance, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay reason must be clearly stated in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form must be returned to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay parents or guardians of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay student in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay manner in which vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form was received.

Based on Article 33 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Primary School Charter issued together withCircular 28/2020/TT-BGDDTstipulating vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age of primary school students as follows:
Age of primary school students
- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age of students entering grade one is 06 years old, calculated according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year. Disabled children, children with physical or intellectual developmental delays, children in areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority children, orphans without care, children returning from abroad, and children of foreigners studying or working in Vietnam may enter grade one at an age higher than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed age, but not exceeding 03 years. In cases where vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay age exceeds 03 years, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision will be made by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Department of Education and Training.
- Primary school students may study at an age older than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed age in cases including students repeating a grade, students in areas with exceptionally difficult socio-economic conditions, ethnic minority students, disabled students, students with physical or intellectual developmental delays, orphans without care, students returning from abroad, and other cases as per legal regulations.
Thus, primary school students may study at an age older than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed age in cases where students return from abroad. Currently, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Primary School Charter issued together withCircular 28/2020/TT-BGDDTdoes not specifically stipulate vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay maximum age for primary school students returning from abroad.
Additionally, for students entering grade 1 who are children returning from abroad or children of foreigners studying or working in Vietnam, they may enter grade one at an age higher than vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay prescribed age but not exceeding 03 years.

- Study and train according to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school's educational plan and regulations; have a self-motivated attitude to study and train to fully develop virtues and capabilities as per vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goals of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay primary education program.
- Fully and effectively perform vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay tasks of studying; know how to self-study under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay guidance of teachers; proactively and actively participate in experiential activities, apply learned knowledge to practical life; train physical health and maintain personal hygiene.
- Be filial to parents and grandparents; respect and be courteous to teachers, elders; show solidarity, love, and help friends, younger siblings, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay elderly, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay disabled, and those in difficult circumstances.
- Abide by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay school regulations, protect school and public property; comply with traffic safety rules; maintain hygiene and protect vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay environment.
