Based on Article 10 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP:

Exemptions, Public Service Fare Discounts for Students

1. For public transportation services:

a) Students are entitled to fare reductions for train and bus services;

b) Public transportation companies issue discounted fares to students upon presentation of a student card.

2. For public services concerning entertainment, museum visits, historical sites, and cultural works:

a) Students are entitled to service fare reductions when directly using services, including museums, historical sites, libraries, and exhibitions;

b) Cultural and entertainment establishments issue discounted fares to students upon presentation of a student card.

4. To be specific, according to Decision 1682/QD-SGTVT, (download) on adjusting bus fares applicable to subsidized bus routes in Ho Chi Minh City:

Based on Clause 1, Article 9 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP:

Policy scholarships

1. Eligibility: Students under priority selection policies; students in pre-university schools; students in boarding schools for ethnic minorities; apprentices in vocational training institutions for war invalids and persons with disabilities.

2. Scholarship amount:

a) For students studying under priority selection policies, students in pre-university schools and boarding schools for ethnic minorities, apprentices in vocational training institutions for war invalids and persons with disabilities: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp scholarship is equivalent to 80% of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp statutory pay rate per month;

Based on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp provisions in Clause 3, Article 8 ofDecree 84/2020/ND-CP:

Merit-Based Scholarships

3. Scholarship amount for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp entities specified in Point c, Clause 1 of this Article:

a) Good Merit Scholarship: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp scholarship amount is equal to or higher than bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp current tuition ceiling rate of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp respective sector, major, or occupation that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp student has to pay, as determined by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal or director (hereinafter referred to as bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal) for students with an average GPA and conduct score of good or higher. For private schools, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp minimum scholarship amount is specified by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal.

For training majors that do not charge tuition fees, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp state contract, assigned task, or bidding unit price for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp school's training group applies;

b) Excellent Merit Scholarship: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp scholarship amount is higher than bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Good Merit Scholarship as specified by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal for students with an average GPA of excellent or higher and conduct score of very good or higher;

c) Outstanding Merit Scholarship: bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp scholarship amount is higher than bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Excellent Merit Scholarship as specified by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp principal for students with an average GPA and conduct score of outstanding;

d) bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp average GPA and conduct score specified in Points a, b, and c of this Clause are determined according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp current regulations of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; within which, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp average GPA for scholarship consideration as prescribed in this Decree is calculated from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp first exam and course completion tests.
