1. General criteria

d) Complete 3 years of schooling and graduate fromupper secondary educationat a school in the prescribed recruiting area or at a boarding ethnic secondary school.

3. In addition to the general criteria stipulated in clause 1 of this Article, students nominated đá bóng trực tiếp college programs must meet the following specific criteria:

What are the current regulations on nomination targets in Vietnam?

Under Article 7 ofDecree 141/2020/ND-CPregarding the nomination targets:

(1) Principles đá bóng trực tiếp determining nomination targets:

- Nomination targets are determined annually and allocated by competent authorities according to specific disciplines and training levels;

- Nomination targets are formulated and proposed by commune-level People's Committees.

(2) Basis đá bóng trực tiếp proposing nomination targets:

- Based on the requirements of tasks, job positions, the number of working personnel, and the official staff allocation đá bóng trực tiếp job positions;

- Based on work needs, job positions, allocated personnel, professional title standards, and salary funds of public service providers đá bóng trực tiếp positions as public employees;

- Based on the local socio-economic development plans and orientations đá bóng trực tiếp areas with candidates eligible đá bóng trực tiếp nomination as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 2 of this Decree.

(3) Process of formulating nomination targets:

- Annually, commune-level People’s Committees report proposed nomination targets to district-level People’s Committees;

- District-level People’s Committees consolidate and report proposed nomination targets to provincial-level People's Committees;

- Provincial-level People’s Committees formulate and propose nomination targets to the central authorities based on local reports and regulations in Clause 2 of this Article.

(4) Proposal of nomination targets:

Annually, by May, the Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee proposes the approval of nomination targets đá bóng trực tiếp university and college teacher training disciplines to the Ministry of Education and Training; nomination targets đá bóng trực tiếp college and intermediate training disciplines to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (Form No. 01 as stipulated in the Appendix attached to this Decree).

(5) Approval and allocation of nomination targets:

- The Ministry of Education and Training and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs, within their authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, and the Committee đá bóng trực tiếp Ethnic Minority Affairs, review and allocate nomination targets to provincial People’s Committees;

- The deadline đá bóng trực tiếp approving and allocating nomination targets is no later than 30 days from the date the host agency receives the complete dossier requesting approval of the nomination targets.

- Two portrait photos (size 4x6 cm) taken within 6 months before the date of submitting the application;

- An envelope with a stamp and the contact address of the applicant.
