Based on sub-section 10, Section III ofOfficial Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH in 2024:
For educational institutions

10. All educational institutionsmust require all candidates to confirm their enrollment online through trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay system, before enrolling at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay institution;

- Based on trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay number of candidates who confirm their enrollment, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution organizes additional enrollment rounds (if any) and updates trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay list of admitted and enrolled candidates as per trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay regulations;
- Educational institutions can only announce trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission scores after trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay final virtual filtering process, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay announcement of admission scores must be accompanied by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay announcement of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission criterion scale and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay announcement of information on additional criteria (if any).
- Update trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay list of admitted and enrolled candidates, enrollment methods, training forms according to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay correct data structure, conformable in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay lists related to enrollment (high schools, disadvantaged communes, exceptionally difficult communes...) and within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay specified period;
- Educational institutions are not allowed to require candidates to confirm or enroll before August 19, 2024, and must not end trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay confirmation of enrollment or end enrollment before 17:00 on August 27, 2024 (including programs linked with foreign institutions).

Notification of results and confirmation of enrollment
1. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution sends trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission notice to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admitted candidates, clearly stating trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay necessary procedures for candidates when enrolling and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay method of enrollment for candidates.
2. Candidates confirm their enrollment online through trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay system before enrolling at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution.
3. For candidates who do not confirm their enrollment within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay specified period:
a) If there is no valid reason, it is considered that trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate has declined trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission, and trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution has trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay right not to accept them;
b) If due to illness, accident, with a certification from a district-level hospital or higher, or due to natural disasters with a certification from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay district-level People's Committee or higher, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution shall consider whether to accept trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate or reserve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission results for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate to enroll later;
c) If due to errors or confusion caused by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay enrollment staff or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay educational institution shall actively cooperate with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay related individuals and organizations to review trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay evidence and decide on whether to accept trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate or reserve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission results for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate to enroll later.
4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one educational institution are not allowed to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay enrollment process at another institution or in additional enrollment rounds, unless permitted by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay original institution.

Thus, in case an admitted candidate has an accident and cannot confirm their university enrollment for 2024-2025, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay school will review trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay case if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate has sufficient evidence, or trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay candidate may reserve trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay admission results for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay next academic year.
